I signed up to BT broadband earlier this year, and it was the Rewards Card that tipped BT over the finish line however I have yet to receive any info regarding the card and when I tried to contact the rewards team they just replied and told me that they can't help me and that I need to phone the regular support line.
Having tried that twice but meeting enormous wait times I have still yet to receive any contact back or about the card.
Is there anyone here that could help me with this?

Sorry you've not had an update on your reward. Was your order placed directly on bt.com or were you re-directed from a 3rd party website ie Money Saving Expert, etc?
I believe I found the plan via Moneysupermarket, linked through then created an account here at BT and set up the plan.
