As the Subject says - tried multiple times over multiple weeks to activate my included game pass, I get the usual error of "maintenance". Contacted the number, spent many hours already and still no luck - but it seems some in the forum have been able to get this resolved.
So can an admin contact me to help out? I should really get another 6 months given the hours I've lost trying to get through a terrible BT system - it's an advertised and paid for element of my account so this is shocking.
Any other hints gratefully received!

Hi @aldomontoya, I'm sorry that you've not been able to get this resolved when you called. When you call the guide should complete a form for the Xbox team and then you would receive the code via email within 7 days.
If you've still not got the code I've sent you a Private Message so you can contact the Mod team and we'll get this raised to the Xbox team for you.
