Anyone else been let down by Openreach - still no activation after 2 months?!

BT fibre broadband ordered in November 2021, activation date confirmed for 20 December once moved into new rented flat in town centre location (where previous owners had BT Broadband), but Openreach keep cancelling appointments and still no activation nearly 2 months later?!!  Has anyone else had this problem?

At least 3 dates have been given so far but still nothing, and get no notification of what's happening until phone up, but BT don't seem to know what's going on either.  Getting very frustrated now!

Checked capacity and all good at local box, BT have sent out 2 homehubs and provided a 4G hub, but speed not great for home working etc. and used 5MB extra of data this month on phone to get things done.

Can anyone help??!
