Apple tv 3 months free

I have activated the free 3 months of Apple tv, received the txt link to activate, however when I use the link it takes me to a login page asking for appleid/email and a password, I tried my bt email and password but doesn't work and it doesn't give me an option to register with apple using the link sent by EE, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@simonwade72 You need an Apple ID to access Apple products and services and cannot login to Apple TV+ without one. Behind the scenes your BT/EE account will be linked for billing once the trial expires should you choose to continue.
