Auto Renewal

Hi,

Its very difficult to get a straight forward answer hence this.
I work abroad, my broadband is due to end late feb and wanted to ask the following questions
Is it possible to extend the contract by two months ?
Will my contract auto renew, as I don't want it to ?

Your UK BT Home Broadband will move onto a rolling monthly contract, which you can cancel any time. If you were on a special deal, then you may find a price increase.

I assume at some time, you are moving back to the UK?

Hi @RP3 and welcome to our community. 

@Keith_Beddoe is correct here. You'll move onto a rolling monthly contract, which you can cancel any time. If you had a special offer / cheaper deal on the service then that will end once the contract is up and you'll go back to the normal pricing.
