I was paying way over the top for fibre 1 Broadband only almost £60 per month after lots of angst finally got the price down to £28.99 but now I am only getting download speeds of approx 15 mbps BT blaming where I live but I have Super Broadband in my area. Are they taking the mick. Can not get a TV package from them as broadband speed so slow. What the heck???????????????

Re: BEWILDERED
That shows your expected connection speed range 25/17mb but at least 11.4 mb your clone tion speed will depend on distance from street cabinet and quality of your line
Posting all the information I asked for will help give better information
