BILLS OLDER THAN 15 MONTHS

Hi, 
I need the pdf of each bill older than 15 months.
I read that the only way to get those bills is by paying, but I don't understand where can I ask it

If you click on Account and Billing then Broadband you should be given an option to use Live Chat.
