BT Account

Hi all, 

I have been a BT customer for a few months now. Have registered online so I can view and manage my BT services; however despite the number of times I've tried to manually add the services included, the below message doesn't go away, nor would the services appear in my account.

The app Errs every time I try to log in, too, and the customer support team doesn't seem to know what the issue is. 

I also can't report a Broadband fault as the Diagnostic bot cannot find an account associated with my details. 

PS I have registered with the same email I used to join BT, and I only use their broadband.
