BT Bill

Good morning ,

Just wondering if anyone knows how long after switching from BT to EE I will get a refund from BT because my BT account is showing £150 in credit,

I believe final bills are usually issued within 10 days approx, I would give it until the date the bill normally produces and check and if it's not a final bill it gives you time to contact BT directly and fix it

Thank you for that 

I waited until the next bill was generated but it just says that my account is in credit and doesn’t mention anything about being a final bill 

I will contact them

By any chance do you have BT email? If you do the account stays open so they can be managed so they'd need to process a refund

I would have to check but it’s not one I use but I imagine there would be of been one originally
