It is entirely reprehensible and misleading.
The advertising definitely misleading and the only saving grace was it was clear what costs would be before you signed up and committed yourself to contract
Hi @clique-al
Thanks for raising this with us.
We've fed this back to the relevant team for them to look into, to make sure the information is clear.

Yes this is also my situation, ordered this package online on Wednesday got given a BT ID but didn't receive anything else. I rang on Thursday to ask about my order which they couldn't find on the system so I ordered over the phone making sure that the offer I required was £62.99 for first year and then 122.99 for second year ,I even said how good the offer was and I was pleased I had rung up as the offer was ending yesterday. I received my links for NOW TV and You tube yesterday. I then received an email this morning confirming direct debit instructions and with the incorrect tariff on with just a 3 month discount. I rang up BT to find out what happened and they told me they have number had that offer on their website basically calling me a liar, unfortunately I didn't have a screen shot so was so happy when I found this. I will definitely be taking this further as it clearly says 62.99 for 1 year then 122.99 from 2026.
I will be again speaking to BT in the morning if possible to see whether they still don't believe me, then maybe go to the media if they still won't honor the offer that was advertised on their website for at least a week before expiring yesterday
