Hi,
Openreach have the wrong address registered for my Broadband line.
The property is a new build and the postcode was changed by Royal Mail after build completion.
I'm a BT customer and I want Openreach to update the address so that it matches the UK postcode database.
How do I do this please?

Hi AcksTerVER, thanks for your PM. The GB24889086 is the only active account you have and that is the one the line details have been corrected on. Would you like me to remove the old accounts from your BTID and just leave the correct account?
The address record is correct but you may not be able to change anything on the account as the old account is causing the a fault?
