I just logged onto my account as to why I am being charged an extra £20 per month.
Then I also saw that I should be getting double data every month for my BT mobile, but I checked and I am not.
I will be cancelling my entire account with BT as soon as my contract is up. I am paying £107.+ per month and for what?
I do not have BT TV, just Sim card and a landline with Halo.
When did the double data stop? Did you renew your mobile or broadband contract at the time it stopped? (E.g. did you get moved to EE mobile?)
Yes you should be getting double data on BT Mobile if you are paying for Halo. You should call the account team for broadband accounts and find out why double data has been removed.
BT Mobile Halo benefits have a habit of “falling off” accounts.
