I've got 5 months left on my BT fibre 500, no halo or phoneline.
If I go though the mybt app I'm offered an EE move/upgrade at £37.99, keeping the same router etc.
I called BT and they said there would be no early termination charges... but the lowest they could do was £39.99 for the same like for like.
So, if go though the app do I risk having early termination charges on the lower cost?
Any advice welcomed.

Re: BT to EE
Wow.
Just to add the £37.99 has now gone from the app 😞
The £39.99 I was quoted over the phone this morning has gone ... and now BT tell me I will be charged termination charges anyway on a £76 move to EE.
You couldn't make it up
