I renewed my contract with BT with a Full fibre 900 Halo 3 with complete BB. This included a free years subscription of XBox Game pass Ultimate which I thought would be helpful with the Gkids is the school holidays. However this service is not activated for 30 days after installation causing disappointment all round - is this delay mentioned in the adverts or contract?
