I have been referred by my neighbour to join BT. Now I have joined BT, following the link.
However, I have paid already two bills, after contacting Customer care several times, they say they can not see anything, as it is an automated email. So how will I get the email because in one month, the 3 months will expire.
What can I do to fix this?
