BT Home Phone Saver

I have paid 21.99 a month since I joined BT last November.This month I am being charged 39.61.I have been charged for all calls to mobile numbers that are not BT.But I have NEVER been charged for these calls before.BT tell me these mobile calls are not included in my package but I do not understand why I am suddenly being charged after all this time.

The home saver allows 1000 minutes to BT mobile 5here is no free minutes to other mobiles. If you have not been charged in past then there has been a mistake on BTs part

Thankyou for your reply.I did wonder if BT had made an error.I got a real surprise when I saw the bill today!
