Just taken a new contract but can't activate my bt id,it keeps sending me back to the same screen telling me my date of birth is wrong,please help

I am sorry for the problems you're having setting up your BTID. My colleagues in the helpdesk will be able to help you. That'd be the quickest way to getting this sorted out. You can reach the team on 0330 1234 150.
