I have created a new BT ID with my account, answered the security questions and been sent an activation link.
After waiting long enough, I click the activation link and successfully put in my password and get told I am not able to access my account.
But, on my account it says :
When I try to press the Resend activation email it says:
Sorry, this process could not be completed at this time. Please try later.
This is so frustrating, I am on a second attempt with a new email. (The last attempt simply never showed my account, it would say that the account would show in 10 minutes but never did).
What do I do?
Call BT Customer Service on 0800.800.150. They should be able to help you set up your BTID and MyBT.

I'm sorry that you are unable to get your account linked to your BTID and that this wasn't fixed when you called us. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll get this fixed for you.
