Hi there,

I am unable to create a BT ID.

my link expired and now I tried to do it again but it doesn’t go through.

 I went to the page that says to create a new one but stops when I am asked about my post code

Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try again?

If that doesn't help, are you able to try to create the BT ID through another browser or device?
