Hi everyone,
I'm a new customer and have had BT fibre for about a week. I'm trying to create a BT ID, following all the steps, but at the activation screen it just says 'we're having a technical issue, try again later'. This has been happening all week.
Any advice for how to proceed?

It is worth trying to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, and if possible try another browser and device just to see if it is not browser related.
