Good Morning,
Posting in the hope of some help as have run into an issue with my Mini Box,
I ordered this and it arrived last week, i set up and was all working very nicely until Sunday, and is now no longer working. I had an e-mail from BT asking me to return the Mini Box by 7th December or i would be charged £62, which i had not requested.
I spoke to someone on the Value team yesterday who told me that because i ordered HD Through the Set Top box on Saturday, it had subsequently cancelled off my account the Mini Box Charge and Boxnation. I've no idea why it would do this. They even told me it would probably be best to return the box, which again makes no sense to me, as i still want the box!
So now i have a Mini Box, which was excellent while it was working, now sitting there and doing nothing!
Could someone possibly help me to resolve this, and get the mini box on my account re-activated?

Hi @DPW1982, welcome back and sorry about this.
There was a fault that orders via the STB were generating an email to say the multiroom was cancelled and to return the equipment. No further action should have been taken and the service would continue.
I'm sorry that your mini box is not working now.
Do you have any error code showing on the mini box?

I'm at work at the moment so can't look, but from what i remember there was just a message on screen saying that it was unavailable.

Hi @DPW1982, when you get home if it's not working then try the following:
Update software
Reboot box (switch it off and on again after 15 seconds)
Hopefully that'll get it up and running for you. If not, then post back and let us know and we'll be happy to help you further.
