I’m trying to cancel Now TV Boost on the app the toggle is greyed out so I can’t change it, I’ve phoned them I’ve webchatted, everything, it has to be a problem with the MY BT App, anyone else gave the same problem
I have a monthly NOW entertainment membership which I wish to cancel for the next month at least.
In my billing it does state i have the right to do this.
When i click on the product i get the following message:
We're unable to show you any personalised offers at the moment.
Do you know how i can cancel the package for next month (I may resubscribe at a later date)?
Do i need to phone? I would have thought the 'manage' option would enable me to do this myself.
Yes and whether i click under NOW entertainment M'ship or NOW boost i get the same message, you see wait a few seconds screen for a second and then i get the same message about being unable to offer... etc

I tested it on my own account there to see if the order page came up for me. It has so it may point towards something wrong on your account. If you would like, we can add or remove it for you saving you having to call us?

Yes if you are able to remove it for me for February to start with, that would be great. I know the phone lines will be busy!

Thanks for answering my questions earlier too by the way. I wanted to make sure you were in the right area within your MyBT as there are a number of different product pages.
