She sent me an e-mail re reward and had a link Track Your reward.
Doesnt work and tried again using the infamousphone number that did not recognize when I pressed one.
I am close to losing my mind.
As an BT pensioner who useD to send actual letters to BT customers I cannot find an email address to complain to.

Have already talked to a guide who sent me an email to track my reward.
