I recently referred a friend to BT Broadband. We’ve both received emails to say that after 30 days we would receive Amazon vouchers by email. It’s now been over 30 days since we received these messages. Bills have been paid on both accounts, but the referral status is now showing as ‘unsuccessful’ and we’ve not received the vouchers.
