Is it normal for BT to continue to send messages with a reminder of charging me £115 for the return of BT equipment that I've already returned and was delivered on the 22/03 which i have the tracing information for. Is there a particular department i need to speak to to get them to stop sending me these emails?

Just give us a call on 0800 800 150 and our customer services team will be able to mark this off as received for you with the tracking reference.

All sorted, I was chatting to BT via the app this morning and as i was chatting an email came through stating the equipment had been received by BT.
