BT Reward Card activation email

Service installed BT App downloaded but not showing a BT Reward card option. I was told after installation I could claim it. I called BT they told me to wait 14 days cooling off period to claim card. That's not the issue it's not claiming the card  I know that will arrive 14 days after cooling off period once claimed but the fact I haven't got the card activation email or no mention of it in the BT App is the problem! I can't claim.

Any suggestions anyone? Has this happened to anyone else? I will be grateful if someone could help. Thanks

Welcome to the community.

You wouldn't see the option to claim or receive an email about claiming the card until your 14 day cooling off period has passed.

If you are still unable to claim after that point, the best options would be to speak to our Account & Billing guides, and they'll be able to help you to get the card activated.
