Hi , I renewed my broadband 0n 21/1/22. I had an email 5/2/22 to say my virtual card was on its way.
I chased this on 11/3 and 23/3 and was told they had now claimed the reward card for me and it would be with me . Who can I speak to on the Reward Team to make sure this is being processed and when I will receive it?

Hi, @EvanBoothby14 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. What date was your BT broadband connected? The reward card details are normally emailed once the 14-day cooling-off period has been completed.

my Wi-fi was connected on 23rd March.
I claimed the reward on 9th March
