BT Reward Card

I got a GBP 50 BT Digital Reward, i also receive a email for claim it. but when i click the  (claim your BT Reward Card or Gift)  and login in

i haven't see any about my Digital reward.  i 'm afraid i will miss to got the Digital reward.

could you help me to fix the problem.
