Hi - I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I signed up for BT Broadband a couple of months ago via Broadband Genie and was supposed to receive a gift card from Broadband Genie (which finally arrived yesterday!) but also a £110 BT Reward card. I’ve never had an email or anything about it. I’ve spoken to customer service a couple of times but not got anywhere yet. Once I was told to email BTRewardCard/Pure (I provided the details they requested, but never got any further reply, that was 19th Oct).
Can anyone help with who I should contact to get this sorted?

I am sorry that you haven't received the reward card for the package you signed up to. I appreciate the time you've taken to contact Purecard and I am sorry that you're still no further forward.
