Looks like the same problem as described here: https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Cannot-link-account-to-BT-ID/m-p/2251807 By the looks of it, it is quite common but I could not find any solutions not involving chatting to BT. Can you please advise? I am in the position when MyBT is completely unusable.
