BT Reward Card

I signed up for BT and should have a £100 virtual reward card, when I click on the link it takes me to 2 account numbers (I only have 1 account) and there is no reward showing up on either!

@jonmbarlow sorry about that, it sounds like there's a problem with your MyBT which is likely due to the old account number. I'll send you a private message and the moderation team will be able to get that sorted.
