I signed up to a 2 year Broadband and Big Sport TV package on April 6 and have just got round to claiming my £100 reward card, which I understood could be done within 3 months. I followed the links by going to bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card but all I get is the offer of upgrading my (fixed) contract. How does this work? Thanks.

Just a quick follow-up on the message I sent you a few days ago.
I've checked the details of your order and I can't see any Reward Card linked to that order. This means as far as I can tell the was no Reward Card included with that order. I've also checked the confirmation emails and I can not see a mention of the Reward Card.
When you placed the order do you remember what 3rd Part website you used to order the service?

Hopefully you can see the screenshot attached. It was offered on all of the BT packages. I followed the link to my new service via this page. Instructions were to sign up by 9.3.23 & claim within 3 months by going to bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card which I did.
