Hi all.
Have had 2 Talk21 email accounts since 1999 I think! Had deleted the two a couple of months ago (or so I thought) and then stopped direct debits via the bank, as we just never used the accounts anymore.
Fast forward to today and I receive notification from ClearPay/Experian that there are now 2 late payments registered for each account 😕
Tried to access email and still saying account suspended (which has done since I deleted) and won't allow me access to my BT ID account either.
Any suggestions or a contact number? Help!

If you were paying for the email accounts just deleting them and stopping the direct debit does not cancel the account. You should have contacted BT and cancelled the accounts.
You need to contact BT 0330.1234.150 and explain what has happened.
