I terminated my old BT contract at the end of June this year as I was moving out of the house I had sold and would have to wait three months to get into a new build.
I took out a new Broadband and TV contract last month and had an email on the 21st September stating that my virtual reward was ready to claim. The service went live one week later.
When I login to MyBT only my old account is listed. How can I remove it so that I can claim the reward on my new account? (I realise I can’t do it myself but if someone can point me the direction of someone that can, I would be very grateful.

Have you managed to get your new account added to your BTID?
If so are you still unable to claim the reward?
