Endless loop trying to claim reward card

I read a few posts on the BT forum regarding the reward card issues, I have not received the reward card either, I have waited the stated 30 days it’s now day 36 can you help me too?

I claimed it successfully on the 25/11/2025 received a email confirmation on 25/11/2025 of the claim made successfully, No other communication since it’s been over 30 days

Not received the reward card

I only joined BT as they were offering the reward card  , I’m really disappointed ☹️
