BT Rewards Virtual Card

Hello,

I have claimed my BT virtual reward card and was told I will receive it via email soon after however it's been over 2 weeks and nothing, the only reason i switched was because I was told the service was better.. and also the reward card was a big incentive!

Is there anyone who can look into this for me as I'm getting worried it hasn't been processed.

What date was your service activated?

It would normally be sent 14 days after that date.

Hi,

Around 2 weeks ago I think, I work allot so I don't know the exact date, but around 2 weeks now.

Contacted the company that do the cards for BT and they have nothing on their system to say I'm getting one.

Hi @DamienH welcome to the community and thanks for posting. There's a 14-day cooling-off period that starts when your service is connected, once that has passed the reward card is automatically emailed to you.

Hi @DamienH, thanks for speaking with me earlier. Just to confirm your order completed on the 7th so your reward should be sent to you on the 22nd.
