Hope who ever sees this is well!
I signed up to BT Fiber broadband a couple of weeks ago and the broadband is now in and working great no issues with speed etc.
However as part of the signing on package I was supposed to get a £110 pound reward card I've had reminder emails and txt messages about claiming this however when I log onto the MyBT rewards page nothing shows. Now I have had a BT account in the past and can see under this account I have no rewards available etc. But when I switch the drop down to my new account (which has the reward) nothing loads it does not show me anything nothing around past rewards or available rewards etc.

I suspect the 2nd account on the BTID is causing the error here. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in contact with the Mod team, and we'll be happy to help you get it claimed.
