I know that's not the deal being offered but more importantly it's also NOT my current package so however you want to state it I AM NOT SAVING £12 PER MONTH so the advertising is false, which is what my thread title says.

Hi @mispeltyuoth   You need to read that again, up to £12. Minus £1 is technically below £12 so up to £12.
