I know a lot of people have experienced problems switching from BT to EE so I wanted to add my positive experience of switching.
Yesterday afternoon, I contacted EE on the web site chat to move from BT broadband to EE. Within 30 minutes, I’d been seamlessly switched over. Today I got my first bill from EE and my last bill from BT. Even TNT Sports seamlessly switched over. EE are not sending me a new router which seems eminently sensible - I hate seeing unnecessary waste.
So, all in all, a very positive, seamless and speedy switch.
