If you're choosing BT as your provider, you can either call 0800 800 150 or raise the order on www.bt.com
During the order journey you can pick your package and any other services you want, you'll be given a date for the activation or installation if an engineer is required, if any engineer is needed then any adult (18 yrs or older) can be there for the appointment, that person can't leave the property during the appointment slot and might have to make decisions about where cables are installed.
You don't need an existing account or number to join BT for the first time, I hope your move goes smoothly 🙂
