I received an email from BT telling me I was eligible for a 12 month Xbox game pass due to my broadband package. However, following the steps in the email and also other posts on this forum, I'm still unable to find the "content partner" section where I can sign up for this (it is not appearing in my account or the "manage products" section).
Is there anything I can do to access this offer?
have you tried searching forum for similar posts and solution?
when was your activation date? you need to wait a minimum of 14 days cooling off period has passed before you can access your pass
