BT email after cancellation of broadband
I cancelled my broadband account and the last full payment was April
I signed up to keep my email account (7.50) as soon as it showed available in mybt.
Email is working fine but when trying to manage it (from mybt) I get an error message saying I'm not the registered billing account holder and can get no further.
If I try and track the order it comes back saying there was an error loading my profile.
Can anyone help.
