BT equipment returns

Do they send a bag and returns labels as well as a list of what they need returned?

Any idea how long they take to send them out , due to switch tomorrow and the sooner they go back the better judging by how many seem to go astray or take ages to be logged.

You will get the option for a returns bag via your MyBT when you actually leave BT.

If you don't get one sent out call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.

Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.

Yes you get a bag and returns label all free. You normally have about 2 months grace to get them back. Obviously keep your proof of posting.

To put it in perspective literally thousands are returned annually with all put a handful going missing

Yes.  You do not need to send back cables and chargers although if you have no use for them just send them back. They also do not want old landline phones returned.
