We returned our home hub well over a month ago with the tracking label provided by BT and are still receiving emails asking us to return! It must have been 6-8 weeks ago now, what do we do? I’ve mentioned it twice in an open complaint but no1 ever replies!

I'm sorry to see that your equipment doesn't appear to have been marked as returned on our systems yet.
Did you get a tracking reference when you returned it to us? Did you use our free returns packaging?

Yes we used the free tracking bag and label all tightly sealed and no I don’t have it, I stupidly assumed it would be received with no issues
