Avoid this company!
I have returned the kit before I went on holiday I’ve lost the proof of sending and I’ve been on holiday and it’s been a while, I’ve called bt so many times they said it could be a delay in the warehouse but I’ve now received a final message about returning the kit or they’ll charge me ! I’ve already returned the kit I’m sick of trying to contact bt constantly letting them know I’ve already returned it I’m getting passed pillar to post I’m sick of it
you can try contacting the billing team using message now and see if they can help but the onus on proof is with you and the lost receipt
