BT reward card claimed but now missing

I claimed my BT reward card was showing in my account claimed on the 13th January 24, but now when I log into my account it's saying no reward cards to claim and none in the history? Unsure why all of a sudden it's disappeared today. If some can please advise or help me. Thanks

I received an email to claim my BT digital 50 reward card which I did on the 13 January 2024 my service went live on the 30th January 2024. My account in the reward section said reward claimed 13th January 24 no more information apart from we will let you know when you will receive it. But today in my account all the information has disappeared no rewards to claim and none in the history apart from a long number nothing else etc like when I will get it
