Hi I can't seem to claim my rewards card when it says log in I do but nothing comes up about rewards card any help would be much appreciated thanks

like many other posts on the forum you need to wait a minimum of 14 days after your activation date for cooling off period to expire before you can claim reward card if more that 14 days try message now in billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
