Lost returns

I have sent two discs back in the returns bags provided, both have gone missing? I sent a picture of the receipt I had from the post office but I have still been charged for both items. I was warned by the people in the post office to keep my receipts as over 50% of the packaged they send back to BT do not get there and people are being charged. I am sending all my information to OFCOM and posting a warning on social media.

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account and you will get the monies that were taken refunded.

The advice given on this forum and by BT is to keep your Proof of Posting until you get acknowledgement that the items have been received. See link.

The forum further advises to make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.

I have sent a picture of the receipt I got from the post office on both ocations, I have tried loading it onto here as well but the file is to large.

There is no point in posting the picture here. This is a customer to customer forum and there is nothing any of the forum member can do to refund your money.

Where did you email the picture to and on whose instructions?

Call BT as I have already suggested.

I sent the picture of the receipt as requested when I complained about being charged. It didn't do any good I have not received a refund.
I think people should just resigned themselves to having to pay for anything you get from Bt.

The refund will be returned to your BT account as a credit off your bill. If you are no longer with BT it will be refunded to your bank account if you contact BT Billing on 0330.1234.150.
