Becoming an Account Manager

Hi I would like to become account manager for my elderly mother in law who has dementia. 

When she moved into supported living I thought this had been sorted out over the phone when we arranged her new phone line, this was in January 2024 and the the BT page still states its 'pending' 

It says the account holder needs to give consent and they will let me know when she does. However she doesn't have email and doesn't manage phone calls from unknown people and we handle all her correspondence so I am not sure how this is going to happen.

We have LPOA

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
