I'm already overcharged by 153.2 pounds after cancelling my broadband account and it's still ongoing. I've already called the customer service SIX times and CANCEL and each time they said it's ok but I kept charged. I even received emails confirmation saying my 'Your BT service is ending on 5 Oct 2022' but still being charged! This is madness!!!! How can I even get out this loop!! So unfair and furious. Please look into it and cancel my account with correct refunds immediately. WORST of WORST service ever. NEVER USE them again!!!!!!!
